For the past few years my work has required a combination of UX strategy, leadership, research, and design. In my current role as a design thinking consultant, my responsibilities span a wide range. On any given day I might be training C-level executives on design thinking; conducting generative research with customers to look for new product ideas; building or testing a prototype with end users; writing content; creating and executing a research plan; designing a UI; or drawing a pirate monkey to use as an avatar in a 1st grade learning game.
To give you a better sense of my capabilities, I have focused this portfolio on a few favorite projects and accomplishments that highlight my work experience. Click any of the projects below to see a detailed case study.
