Background

  • Goal: generate ideas for a future vision that imagines new ways of working, with new technology, to create value for customers.

  • Context: client wanted to completely replace an outdated proprietary software system that the company completely relied on. Rather than just replicating existing functionality, they needed to agree on an overall vision for both their business model and their software. Initial conversations revealed significant lack of alignment about how people work together within the company. In a 6-week strategy sprint, I worked with another consultant and the client to reach alignment on a vision and path forward.
