Background
After training a large group of Syngenta employees on design thinking, I was asked by a Syngenta executive to deliver a 3-hour intro to DT course at a corporate strategy meeting.
Approach
I provided a quick intro to design thinking, then introduced a fictitious scenario related to roadside assistance. Teams got to practice synthesizing research into empathy maps and personas, problem framing, ideation and prototyping.

Outcome / Deliverables
Because it was a training involving a hypothetical situation, this engagement did not have any specific deliverables. However, I was later asked to return to Syngenta to conduct an extensive 5-day design sprint to help them design new technology for farmers.
